Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Mosaic Labs LLC (“Mosaic Labs,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a Texas limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit mosaiclabs.llc or interact with products we publish. It does not govern our mobile applications, which have their own policies presented at first launch.

1. Information we collect

When you visit this website, we may collect:

  • Technical information — browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, and pages visited, collected to diagnose issues and understand site performance.
  • Communications — when you email us, we receive the content of your message, your email address, and any files you choose to attach.

We do not require accounts to browse this site. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information to data brokers.

2. Cookies and tracking

This website uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate traffic patterns. We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not share analytics data with third-party advertisers. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting access to the site.

3. How we use information

  • Operating, maintaining, and improving this website.
  • Responding to your inquiries.
  • Preventing abuse and enforcing our Terms of Service.
  • Complying with legal obligations.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to operate this website — including a hosting provider and an email provider. These vendors process data on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations. We do not share personal information with vendors for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Email correspondence is retained for customer-support records and is purged on a rolling basis.

6. Children’s privacy

This website and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact legal@mosaiclabs.llc and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

  • California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.
  • EU and UK residents have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

To exercise any of these rights, contact legal@mosaiclabs.llc. We respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

8. International transfers

Mosaic Labs is based in the United States. If you access this site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. We use standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards where required.

9. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect information under our control. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure; we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take the responsibility seriously.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above and, where required, communicated by other means.
