A Texas software studio, building private products for the long view.
Mosaic Labs is an independent LLC. We design and build social software for adults — designed for discretion, held to a standard of craft, and shaped by the people who use it rather than the markets that would prefer to define them.
Three commitments that shape everything we build.
Privacy as a design discipline
Discretion is not a feature we bolt on. It is part of the product’s moral posture, present in every decision from the first wireframe to the last shipping review.
Independent by choice
Privately held. No venture capital, no outside board, no growth targets set by someone who doesn’t use what we build.
Craft over cadence
We ship when work is ready, not when a calendar says so. Fewer things, each held to a high bar. The work has to earn the release.
Practices, not slogans.
We work in private
No public roadmap, no daily build-in-public threads. Projects stay quiet until they are real.
Small by design
Small teams make better decisions faster. We keep the studio small on purpose and intend to stay that way.
Trusted early users, not open betas
We iterate with a small group of people who use what we build with care, not with a mass beta treated like a marketing funnel.
Direct communication
We talk to people like adults. No cute copy, no hype language, no manufactured urgency. Email gets an email back.
Clarity of scope, stated plainly.
- We do not take venture capital.
- We do not run advertisements on our products.
- We do not sell user data to third parties.
- We do not treat our users as a growth metric.
Mosaic Labs is in active, private development on its first product. Launch timing is deliberate rather than announced. If you’d like to hear from us when it’s ready, email hello@mosaiclabs.llc.
